Our Team aims to ensure your stay is a memorable one. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Email or call us directly. Please note that we are often out making sure your room is ready to our highest standard so if you do not reach us immediately we will return or call as soon as possible.
Check-in is from 2 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM
- Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
In most cases we can’t accommodate late check-ins and check-outs as we are making the rooms beautiful for each and every guest. Please contact the motel directly on the day regarding check-in in case your room is available early.
- Is there a minimum number of nights required to stay? No, there is no minimum stay required, even on weekends. You can book even for a single night.
- How do I reserve a room?
You can book via Debbie’s Place website and see all availability or Contact one of our friendly team via phone or email.
- What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or modify your booking within 48 hours of making the booking for future bookings. Cancelations within 7 days of your stay will be refunded at 50% rate and cancelations within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancelation fee. Public Holidays and School holidays are peak periods and operate under special conditions so please discuss when booking during these times.
- What are the payment options?

- Is there parking available? Is it free?
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for guests. Should you require parking after checkout, there is ample street parking available for your convenience.
- I am going on a tour, can I leave my bags with you?
Yes, we are happy to store your luggage short term for you. Please request this at check-in.
- Do you offer Wi-Fi?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout Debbie’s Place.
- Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not available at Debbie’s Place, we encourage you to explore our beautiful local restaurants and cafes
- Are rooms serviced daily?
If you are staying longer than 2 nights, towels and amenities will be refreshed on your request.
- Do you have a swimming pool or gym?
No, we encourage you to explore our beautiful beaches, walking tracks and pathways.
- What do we do if there is something further we need?
Please come and see our friendly team at reception. If after hours please call 07 5486 3506 or press the after hours button located to the left of the office door. Please do not messaged as our team may not receive this notification until morning.
- Is it quiet?
Each room has its own private access, and can feel like you are the only guests staying at your private retreat. Although we work hard to provide a relaxing space for you, we do offer multiple rooms and can not guarantee the noise levels. Debbie’s Place is not a party place and noise levels will be encouraged to stay at respectable levels for everyone’s enjoyment. Should you experience anything less then please see management or call us on 07 5486 3506 asap to advise.

- Can I request a specific room location?
You can request a specific room, subject to availability. Please call to enquire so we many discuss your requirements.
- Do you provide tea and coffee?
Yes, we have coffee machines and coffee pods within every room. Beautiful T2 Tea is offered for your enjoyment. If you require additional milk please do not hesitate to ask for a refil.
- Can I request an extra bed or cot?
Please call to enquire at the time of booking or before arrival. Some of our rooms offer pullout sofa beds. These can be prepared ahead of time for your convenience. Please note additional charges apply.
- Is there laundry facilities?
No, a laundry mat is conveniently located across the road for you to undertake all your laundry needs.
- Is there cooking facilities?
Yes, a full kitchen, hotplates and BBQ is available for all guests. Cooking pans, utensils, plates and glassware are provided for your convenience.
